Oil Painting Association Director: 'The most exquisite show'

TAIWAN—The Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular in Kaohsiung, Taiwan was highly praised by specialists in the literature and art circles.
Nan Fong Oil Painting Association director Lu Zhaoqi was very excited when talking about the performance, "I almost violated the rules! Even at the time no applause should be made, I wanted so much to applaud, to cheer them."
After enjoying the first show at the County Labor Recreation Center on March 4, Lu said, "This is the most exquisite show that I have seen in the last five years, and it's a performance that is so full of eastern art and humanity."
Lu, also a poet and oil painter, observed the depth of the performances. He enthused that "today's programs, are all unique eastern arts, it fully exhibited the true, good, and beautiful eastern arts, this is what the western world is unable to attain."
"From the first program to the last, be it the positive powerful 'Drummers of the Tang Court' or the very gentle and beautiful 'Water Sleeves', all are magnificent and exquisite. Additionally, all dances fully expressed the unflinching faith and centripetal force toward the country. It deeply moved our hearts, and it profoundly and cozily cleansed every audience members' soul." Lu said.
