I am delighted to send my personal greetings and congratulations to the Oriental Culture Association, hosts/promoters of a Chinese New Year Spectacular that will take place in the city of Detroit on January 22, 2008. I am told it is an event that will be viewed and appreciated around the world.

On behalf of the people of the 15th Congressional District of Michigan, I applaud your continuance of bringing a rich heritage and tradition to this nation’s Asian Americans.
