Congratulations on once again hosting the Chinese New Year Spectacular.

It was my pleasure to attend the event last year, and I know this performance will be just as exciting. It is a great opportunity for Philadelphians to celebrate their rich cultural diversity and heritage of our wonderful city.  I wish the Chinese community a Happy and Prosperous New Year for 2008.
