On behalf of the Members of Council and the residents of the City of Niagara Falls, I would like to wish everyone in attendance best wishes for the Chinese New Year, 2008!

I trust that this grand celebration will be a time to recognize achievements, strengths and growth of the Chinese Community and to acknowledge this mementos occasion. I would like to acknowledge the many contributions made by the members of the Chinese community in our City and in cities throughout Canada.
